Ordered in the afternoon and arrived next day. Very quick delivery. Received with a personally written compliments slip which is a nice personal touch and a packet of sweeties. Unfortunately I had to return as the Hoka standard was too narrow and the wide fit is not in stock. Simple returns process. Just awaiting my refund
