RNW staff were extremely helpful during my Wilmslow store visit and went to great lengths to explain the different brands and fitting options for my annoyingly wide feet. My size/width fitting wasn't in stock so my telephone number was taken and I was contacted a few days later when new stock arrived. I couldn't get to the store so I bought the new Brooks Glycerin from the RNW online store and the arrived a couple of days later. Overall, I am very pleased with the shopping experience and service. Oh, and by the way, the price was the cheapest I could find, an extra bonus! My new Brooks running shoes are super comfortable and my running times have reduced! I couldn't be happier!
