I ordered some running trainers that were really competitively priced. I had an email to say my trainers had been despatched via Royal Mail, but hadn’t received them. I contacted customer services & Natasha responded immediately. She chased up the order with Royal Mail & kept me informed. The delay was all due to Royal Mail & no fault of RNW. Customer service is first class & I definitely recommend them
