Haven't used the trainers I bought yet as they arrived while I was / am away .
So the review hinges entirely on these two facts .
They were the cheapest I could find on the web .
They arrived so quickly with free postage ( three facts )
As I understand if they don't fit or there's a problem returns are concessional and cheap to do so but in this case will unlikely be necessary as they are simply a spare pair of an existing shoe in my line up .
I would use the company again without doubt .
