I was recommended to use Run North West from a friend who has used them previously. I had not been running in many years and lacked a lot of confidence. So I scheduled in my gait analysis , and was so impressed by Laura. I genuinely have never received customer service as good as what she provided anywhere else. She was kind and patient and showed genuine interest. Which gave me the confidence I needed into getting back into running. I must of tried on half a dozen shoes , which she actively encouraged to ensure I had the best fit and feel. Would whole heartedly recommend anyone booking in with her and the team. I came out that store with not just a pair of well fitting shoes but confidence again to get back out there.
