Friendly, quick and professional service. I had been searching for a particular running shoe in a particular colourway and size. Not only did they have the brand, style, colour and size that I wanted, but they also had it at a cheaper price than any other shop. My shoes arrived swiftly, accompanied by a lovely friendly hand-written note, thanking me and wishing me 'happy running', which was a really nice personal touch.
