I ordered a dry robe in medium and needed to change the size before it was dispatched. I emailed and explained this situation. I had such a fantastic helpful response. Unfortunately they did not have a suitable colour in a small. I received a refund straight away. So disappointed that I couldn’t make a purchase from this wonderful seller as the customer service was superb!
