What an incredible business! Ordered a pair of Brooks Glycerin at 3.55pm on Friday and they arrived by midday the next day, with a handwritten note included. They were also £40 cheaper than my local running shop. I really wanted to buy from a high street shop, rather than a faceless website but I couldn’t justify the price at our local Simply Sports. Run North West are both a friendly, communicative shop, who are also in possession of an easy to navigate website. Thank you for superb customer service, as well as supplying a great pair of trainers!
