I bought online but also came into shop to switch for correct sized trainers. It was an impressive experience throughout and I am very pleased with the trainers supplied. I am not sure how many other customers need orthotic insoles but it would have been the cherry on the top, if I could have bottomed this out and purchased these at the same time.
