I was a bit suspicious of how cheap my Brooks shoes were going to be and suspected a soulless warehouse; however, I should not have. Prompt delivery, good communication and a nice touch of a hand written note thanking me for my custom (and a sweet!). Got the shoes, now just need to put the miles in.
