I was looking for a new pair of trainers, my normal store didn't stock them but Run North West did. They arrived very quickly (2 days sooner than expected) and the box contained a personalised hand written note, which was a nice touch. I have total faith I could have returned trainers if they didn't fit but thankfully they fit really well. Really pleased with the service I received. Many thanks.
