Sometimes its the simple things...
Great personlised service (and a hand written slip thanking me for the purchase) and fast, effecient service are just things you dont really get anymore but not at RNW!
I ordered my Hoka trainers but were slightly too small so ordered a larger size and they arrived the next day! I returned the first pair using their easy online returns via the Post Office and the refund was actioned in less than 48 hours.
All round great and friendly service - I would defintiely recommend them for your next running/training purchase!
