I originally ordered a grey runner for our motorhome, but accidentally ordered the wrong size. Then even though I amended it, they accidentally sent the original order. Also, my husband wanted to change it for a different one as he thought it was too plain. I contacted the company, and they were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The wrong carpet returned & replaced with alternative within a week. Excellent, polite & friendly service & the runner perfect!
