Thank you Joe! Thank you Runrug! I had ordered some stair runner rods, and had not seen the end of the invoice to see the expected delivery date. It was the day my installer was leaving town! I talked to Joe stateside, and he and DHL got me the rods three days before the due date, in plenty of time for installation. Such a relief! Thanks to all involved. And the rods are beautiful to boot!
