Alam has really helped me with great feedback for my Level 3 conflict management course and we spoke on the phone as at the time I was really struggling with my health after having covid and he really helped me to understand the course still learning and I try super hard and take my time as life is so busy with hubby ill health and child with addictions needs to and with work balance. But am getting there. Loving the level 3 course then onto level 4 hopefully. Thank you Russbridge.
