I leave this message so that others like me not loose their money like I was. I have bought an IQA course from Russbridge Academy more than 1 year ago. Till today I have not received a diploma and every time I call I am told that I am still under assessment. I paid nearly £700 to get this certification and was cheated out of my money with no chance of getting it back. Furthermore one of the staff spoke very rudely and said if I am unhappy and think I will sort something out, I may call the police as he knows the police can't sort anything out. They have done nothing to try to solve the problem. I asked to speak to a manager but was not given the opportunity. I have sent dozens of email messages without receiving any response. I am not the only customer cheated by this company. You can find similar cases if you google it. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
