Easy to talk to the admin team and they are always available. I booked the training courses at Level 3 AET and Level 4 IQA courses at a reasonable price. I have received the tutors support and honestly. My colleague did Level 3 Assessor course with them and she recommended me. I had some very good experience with this academy.
