I cannot express how helpful it has been to always have someone there to call - in my case this was Alam. He was organised, patient, informed and always updated me of any changes. Alam gave me one of the most experienced trainer who could fill in the date and time I needed. This was M. Lansdown the gentlemen was well experienced in his field. He was polite, kind and had the audience's attention and interest throughout the session. Happy to successfully done my assessor course.
