Particularly unpleasant experience, waste of time and money. Online training consists of access to a few documents that you read by yourself, without any assistance from a teacher and moreover, it does not provide you with any new information, the documents can easily be found on the internet, then you have to fill in an examination portfolio. I completed my CAVA Assesor exam portfolio in a week but it has been two years, I have not received my diploma and Russbridge Academy cannot be contacted by email or phone. They are an online scam!
