Never experienced anything like that with any of the other 50+ other Ryzon products that I own and love. Followed all of Ryzon’s material care tips as per the website. The issue continued after washing the product as well. Despite multiple queries and emails exchanges with the customer support team, I only was offered a voucher of 70% of the paid price. No replacement, no full refund, no tights as a workaround - zero solutions offered by Ryzon. This is despite having Pioneer status and spending north of €1800 each in the last two years. Support showed little empathy and zero creativity in keeping a loyal Ryzon fan. Disappointing. Unfortunately, looking elsewhere from now on.
