The agent Salvum sent, Peter, was very knowledgeable. He knew about the Building Safety Act 2022 and was able to give us good advise on the new legislation and whether it applied to our building. I will always use the service of Salvum for future FRA as their agents are very well informed and the services the company offer are reasonably priced.
