Der Support per E-Mail ist wirklich schlecht. Mein Anliegen wurde nicht wirklich gelesen und die Antwort hatte nicht viel mit der Anfrage zu tun. Auf meine weitere Nachfrage wurde dann gar nicht mehr geantwortet.
Das Ersatzteil war dann nicht mal das richtige was in meinem Gerät vorhanden war, obwohl es genau für das Modell bestellt wurde. Bin daher enttäuscht vom Support und auch vom gelieferten Ersatzteil, weil wir hier sehr stark improvisieren mussten um den Grill wieder ans laufen zu bekommen und nicht direkt wegwerfen zu müssen.
