In meiner Versandbestätigung wurden alle Artikel aufgelistet. Im angekommenen Paket fehlte dann die Grillmatte. Auf Nachfrage beim Support hieß es, dass es 2 Pakete geben würde und das 2. noch unterwegs sei. Laut Tracking des 2. Pakets steht der Zustand seit über einer Woche auf "Die Lieferung wurde elektronisch angekündigt". Leider werden hier sehr mangelhaft Informationen verteilt warum denn nun die Lieferung verzögert ist und wann sie denn geplant eintrifft. Mal sehen ob ich die Matte noch erhalte...
