Versand hat leider nicht gut funktioniert.
Musste den Service bemühen und dort auch erst beim 2. Anlauf eine kompetente Mitarbeiterin erreicht.
War leider jetzt zum 2.Mal ein negative Erfahrung. Beim letzten Einkauf im Shop in Köln war leider auch keine kompetente Beratung, Unfähigkeit mit dem Kassensystem, unfreundlich.
Das war insgesamt schon mal besser.
