This company does not stand behind their products. I purchased an enema kit (the bag) and the bag cannot be fully cleaned, the company will not issue a refund or replacement. They claim to have these products from a medically sourced company. However these are the cheapest products (dollar store grade) I would not recommend purchasing these kits if you want something lasting your more than 1 use.
