I did all of my ordering online and so never spoke to anyone but I do like the ease of navigating through the site and the amount of information present. Once I had ordered, I was very pleased that the in house packaging/shipping was very expediently resulting in a quick turnaround to delivery. I had used another therapeutic coffee before Wilson's but have experienced a greater lift end energy from the Wilson's lite roast. I will definitely be using Wilson's from now on.
