Customer service has been great. Site is great and the coffee is delicious :-)
The only complaint and it isn't really is the time it takes to get here 10 days but I plan it in and tell my patients to allow time too. Oddly some have received their shipment sooner than 10 days. My is consistent and has been since the 1st order.
