I have been using this coffee for almost a year every other day. I use it faithfully for my enema. I have tried other coffee for my enemas, but the Gold Roast Coffee seems to have more natural oils that seem more beneficial and coat the colon. I have never had any irritation or itching that I sometimes experienced with other coffees. I would highly recommend this coffee above all for your daily coffee enema.
