I've used the Gold Roast for several years now. I do feel better when I use this coffee, and I don't experience the irritation that makes it difficult to retain the way I did with regularly roasted, organic coffees. And, since it doesn't smell like regular coffee when you prepare it, you don't have to worry about anyone walking off with your crappachino.... ;-}
