I love your product, however I wrote you an email about 3 months ago inquiring about a batch that I had received and one bag the coffee wasn't the same freshness. Different colour and I was just inquiring if there had been an issue that you had known of and was concerned about the remainder of my order. I never heard back. Ended up throwing out the coffee. Customer service could be a bit more attentive.
