I would have rated 5 stars because the service has been impeccable regarding the site, the ease of ordering, the quick processing, the quality of the product, the packaging, delivering timeframe, and everything else. My only tiny issue is that one time the coffee had bigger woody looking pieces that I had not seen before. I asked for clarification twice via e-mail just to make sure it was not defective. It was probably the grind, but I would have liked some reassurance. They never replied to me.
