Since I started coffee enemas, lots of digestive problems were solved and that was my fist goal. I also do liver/gallbladder flushes once a month. I noticed doing coffee enemas, there is no pressure for doing liver flushes that often. Now I even notices that the liver seems to "fit" the spot assigned to it, before it felt so heavy and painful and too big for my body. I tried the store bought organic medium roast coffee, but I found it too harsh compared to S.A.Wilson's coffee. Customer service and delivery is great!
