I've been using coffee enemas weekly for three years and always thought the medium roast was supposedly the optimal roast to use. I found out differently and began searching for a good supplier of the light roast and found it at S.A. Wilson's., It's MUCH easier to hold for the full 15 minutes and without the mess of the darker coffees. I love that it lessens (to the point of non-existent) any bathroom odor that was always a part of my routine and gives a much more mellow "coffee head rush" than the medium roast, after I use it. I plan to stick with this brand.
