I chose this coffee because it is organic and have used it almost daily for 3 years while taking a daily chemo pill. My doctor commented the other day how pleased he was that labs show no damage to my liver or kidney function. I used the Gerson method of boiling 5 minutes then 15 minute simmer then straining it before used. In 3 years the product arrives on time and has always been consistent in its smell, color and texture. A side note, what I found in daily use is you need to watch your potassium levels and take a supplement or have your doctor prescribe one if levels become low.
