Matt Kerr was professional and informative. He answered all my questions over the phone, since I was in Florida for 4 months. My husband used Matt 5 years ago when he signed up for his Advantage (Aetna HMO) plan, so it was an easy choice to call Matt when I turned 65. Matt walked me through my Medicare application and when I received my card in the mail, all I had to do was call Matt with my official number and he put together my application for my Aetna account. Matt explained the difference between the Supplemental versus the Advantage policy. And, he gave me the cost for each plan (The Advantage plan saved me the most money.) Matt looked up all my medical, dental and vision professionals to make sure I would not need to change providers. He made signing up for my plan super easy. He emailed me the paperwork, I reviewed it, and then hit send. I got a confirmation shortly after. I received so much information in the mail, choosing a plan seemed overwhelming. It was nice to have someone walk me through the process.
