I provided Matt with information on medications as well as other information before meeting face to face. Matt reviewed my records including medication's I am taking then provided me with several options that ended up providing better coverage with less costs and lower co-pays than I currently have. All the applications sign up forms and other paper work were completed with Matts help during the meeting. For something that is complicated he made it easy!
