I ordered three Tamiya paints and a bottle of thinners, and they arrived within a few days of the order, securely packaged. Emails from the Scale Model Shop informed me when the order was received and when it was dispatched. I will be ordering more modelling accessories again.
The package was damaged by the DPD driver, who just dropped the order by the door and didn't hang around. The thinner's bottle leaked, but I changed the bottle to an older one and didn't lose much. This was not the shop's fault, just a very poor delivery driver.
