I loved making vegetable cakes. The maths in this: learning to use scales and then adapting the original recipe to add in 80 g of vegies was genius. The kids were delighted with the trials and sharing their creations. Thanks so much. I would repeat this unit every 2 years because we had so much fun. It was great to hear how many students baked over the weekend after our bake day. In the future, I would ask kids to bring in ingredients and definitely ask for parent help. Great unit for year 5/6
