Our akonga loved the Sea Cleaners School Kit. We used our kit during our kaitiaki day where we cleaned up the natural bush walkways near our kura. We were able to discuss how cleaning these walkways kept our local waterways clean and prevented it being washed out to our beaches. This kit tied in well with our Thrive and Survive inquiry of endemic species.
