Fantastic item for my daughter who has eczema. The silk mitts are really soft and do much less damage to her face when she scratches than cotton mitts or socks. However size down as my daughter is 6 months old and i decided to get 6-9months but also had to buy 3-6 months as 6-9 was too large. Highly recommended for any parent who has a child with eczema. Item washes very well too.
