We would be at a loss without scratch sleeves. My 2yr old son has worn them since he was 6months old and they are saving his poor eczema covered skin. They are very good quality cotton, perfect for letting skin breath. Silky ends to stop friction rubbing when trying to scratch. We have the bolero type sleeve, the Velcro sleeve and now the pyjama top.
