ScratchSleeves are a life saver. My daughter who is 9 months has had very bad eczema and dermatitis since birth and scratches non stop. With these PJs she is unable to scratch, and the material is soft on her skin and doesn't cause an irritation. There are no other PJs that compare and I couldn't recommend them enough.
