My son has severe eczema on his wrists and does not stop iscatching until he makes them bleed especially during the night. Since applying the scratch sleeves his wrists have really improved. The sleeves are well made and of quality silk. I've washed a couple of times and I think as long as you follow instructions there really should not be any problems. Well made and very comfortable. My son keeps them on during the night and has learnt to use them during the day especially when playing on his tablet.
