Scratch sleeves work really well! Our daughter scratches herself because of eczema and we put them on her at night. The only issue I had was that it was hard to get the right size. I ordered several of the same size and they don't seem the same size when I compare them to each other, which is weird. And they were all too big, despite the fact that I'd measured her span as instructed. But I still give them 5 stars because when I contacted them they sent me a free one of a different size.
