The Scratch sleeves have been ideal for my three year old who suffers with really bad eczema. Even though I've yet to find a cream to help clear it up, the scratch sleeves are something I rely on at night time to stop him from itching his skin raw. Would recommend them to anyone with children who suffer with eczema.
