What I like about scratchsleeves is that once I got in touch to say their normal scratchsleeves weren't working for my granddaughter (she manages to claw her hands up inside the sleeves, go over the top of the silk part and make holes in it) They were all too willing to make up a custom made pair for her.
It's a long and arduous journey with eczema. Awful for the child or adult that has it. Made better when their are options to help.
