The quality of the Scratch Sleeves is very good. My daughter has bad eczema flare ups on her face and it is very challenging to get her nails cut or filed down. The Scratch Sleeves have made a massive improvement by shielding her face from her hands gently and allowing her skin to try to heal. She has three different styles, the vest, the sleeve, and the sleeve that velcroes closed like a cardigan and I find they all have a use depending on how I want to dress her that day. They also arrive super quickly. Thanks so much for creating these.
