Excellent customer service! I was so impressed with ScratchSleeves - after receiving my order I decided I wanted to exchange one of the items for a size up, I sent them an email and received a response immediately Dayi they’d send me the size up & a package with a pre-paid return label on for me to return the item I wanted to exchange. I received the size up in a couple of days & although I was super delayed with getting the item back to them, they were really kind about it & didn’t chase at all. So efficient and would definitely recommend. Others could learn a lot from the customer service I received from ScratchSleeves, I would definitely recommend!
