Purchased 2x size age 13-14 pyjama tops for my daughter, one closed sleeve, one open. She prefers to be able to expose her hadns if she needs to, and despite being a very slim and small 12 year old, these were a little small on her. So purchased two more, open hands. They seem to help protect her skin from night scratching of her profoundly severe eczema..my only criticism is to please consider expanding your design range
