Scratch sleeves have been amazing for our 13mo. He has figured outs to remove all alternatives that we had previously tried but we switched to scratch sleeves a couple of months ago. He seems to find them comfortable and can still grip things with them on but his overnight itching has decreased. He no longer wakes up scratching which has been a huge help for him and us.
